On May 8, 2026, STelligence Co., Ltd. had the honor of visiting and congratulating Mr.Pakorn  Nilprapunt, former Secretary- Secretary-General of the Council of State and Member of the Council of State (OCS), at Government House on the occasion of his appointment as Deputy Prime Minister for Legal Affairs.

Representing STelligence were Santisook Limpeeticharoenchot Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Saruj Thipsena, Chief Technology Officer.

In 2025, STelligence was privileged to contribute to the TH2OECD initiative, a significant collaboration aimed at leveraging AI to support the analysis, comparison, and mapping of Thai laws against OECD standards and legal frameworks. Within just six months, the project successfully analyzed more than 60,000 Thai legal documents against 243 OECD Legal Instruments.

This achievement was made possible through the integration of the Office of the Council of State’s legal expertise with STelligence’s AI and GraphRAG technologies, creating a platform capable of delivering accurate, efficient, and intelligent legal research, analysis, and knowledge connectivity.
