STelligence is honored to have been invited by the Office of the Council of State (OCS) to attend the OCS Symposium 2026, "Strengthening Thailand's Resilience: Law Reform in an Era of Global Paradigm Shift"
On June 12, 2026, STelligence, a leader in AI-Driven Innovation, represented by Santisook Limpeeticharoenchot Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer (CEO and the STelligence team, had the privilege of participating in this prestigious event organized by the Office of the Council of State (OCS).
One of the highlights of the symposium was the session titled “AI for Smarter Government: Enhancing Public Sector Workflows with AI and Intelligent Legal Data,” presented by Narun Popattanachai J.S.D ,Director of Regulatory Impact Assessment ,Office of the Council of State.
The session showcased the outcomes of a collaborative initiative between the Office of the Council of State, the Secretariat of the Cabinet, and Microsoft to develop an AI-powered solution that supports the Cabinet submission review process. By leveraging OCR and Generative AI technologies, the system helps analyze documents, verify data completeness, and compare information against up-to-date legal databases.
The presentation also featured a live demonstration of the Smart Document Review Project of the Secretariat of the Cabinet, a solution developed by STelligence to enhance document review efficiency and support data-driven decision-making across government agencies.
With more than 12,000 Cabinet matters reviewed annually, government officers face the challenge of processing vast amounts of legal, policy, and regulatory information. The implementation of AI not only accelerates document review and analysis but also improves accuracy, reduces operational risks, and enhances the quality of policy and legal assessments before Cabinet consideration.
This initiative demonstrates how AI can be transformed into Government Intelligence—empowering public sector organizations to operate more efficiently, transparently, and effectively.
