STelligence Honored to Share AI Solutions with Senior Government Executives at the GCIO Program Cohort 33

On August 13, 2026, STelligence was honored to be invited to share our expertise and AI solutions with participants of the Government Chief Information Officer Development (GCIO) Program, Cohort 33, organized by the Digital Government Academy (TDGA) under the Digital Government Development Agency (DGA), at Microsoft Thailand.

Led by Santisook Limpicharoenchote Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer, together with Ms. Suthinee Vasuvanichphan, Senior Business Consultant, the STelligence team had the opportunity to present practical AI solutions designed to enhance operational efficiency in the public sector, while sharing approaches to applying AI for intelligent data management, process optimization, and reducing complex manual workflows.

During the session, STelligence showcased several real-world AI use cases, including the application of AI to support the verification and screening of documents submitted for Cabinet consideration.

The solution helps process and verify the completeness of proposals, official documents, and supporting materials by referencing legal databases and historical records of previously considered matters. This enables both government agencies submitting proposals and officials at the Secretariat of the Cabinet (SOC) to identify issues, missing information, or areas requiring revision more quickly and accurately.

Another key use case is the TH2OECD Project, where AI is being applied to accelerate the analysis of the relationships between OECD requirements and more than 70,000 Thai laws and legal instruments.

By leveraging AI to identify relevant legislation and assess the gaps between Thai laws and international standards, the project can significantly reduce the time required for legal analysis—from a conventional process that could take several years to approximately six months.

These use cases demonstrate how AI can go beyond automation to support complex knowledge-intensive processes, enabling government organizations to work faster, improve accuracy, and strengthen their capabilities for international collaboration and alignment.

At STelligence, we believe that the true value of AI lies in transforming complex challenges into practical, measurable, and scalable solutions that create meaningful impact for organizations and society.

We sincerely thank TDGA and all participants of the GCIO Cohort 33 for the opportunity to share our technology, exchange perspectives, and engage in meaningful discussions about the future of AI in the public sector.
