STelligence Drives Thai Public Sector Reform through AI and the TH2OECD Platform
On May 1, STelligence (STEL.AI) had the honor of participating in the national conference “Preparing for Good Governance and OECD Membership”, hosted by the Office of the Council of State at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok.
During the event, Mr. Saruj Thipsena, Chief Technology Officer of STelligence, presented the TH2OECD platform alongside Dr. Naran Popattanachai. The presentation highlighted the role of AI in driving legal efficiency, transparency, and alignment with OECD standards.
TH2OECD is an AI platform developed by STEL.AI in collaboration with the Office of the Council of State within just seven months. It integrates Generative AI with GraphRAG (Graph-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to enhance the legal reform process.

It also prepares Thailand for OECD membership, positioning the country to influence international policy and law.
