STelligence is proud to have played a role in advancing another key milestone as Thailand moves closer to becoming a member of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)
On 8 December 2025, Mr. Frantisek Ruzicka, Deputy Secretary-General of the OECD, paid an official courtesy visit to Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul at Government House to discuss the progress of Thailand’s OECD accession process. During the meeting, the OECD delegation praised Thailand for its tangible progress and its commitment to elevating governance and regulatory standards in line with OECD requirements.
On this occasion, the Thai government formally submitted two key documents:
1. The Initial Memorandum, and
2. The Letter of Intent to begin the process of joining the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention.
These submissions reflect Thailand’s determination to advance legal reform, strengthen transparency, and foster an investment environment that meets international standards.
STelligence is privileged to support this national effort through our collaboration with the Office of the Council of State, including the development of AI-driven platforms such as TH2OECD and STEL.AI CMP. These tools assist in policy formulation, legal review, regulatory gap analysis, and readiness preparation aligned with OECD benchmarks.
We are committed to building responsible, transparent, and verifiable technologies that enhance the public sector’s capacity to modernize governance systems, strengthen public policy mechanisms, and evolve regulatory frameworks—enabling Thailand to meet future challenges with confidence.
STelligence will continue to support Thailand at every critical step as the nation moves toward international standards and delivers long-term, meaningful impact for Thai society.
