STelligence Joins the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Sharing Insights on RPA+AI: Transforming Business Processes

On June 12, 2025, STelligence was honored to participate in the Workshop and Seminar for Improving Educational Quality, organized by the Office of the Basic Education Commission, for the fiscal year 2025. The event, held at Khum Phucome Hotel, Chiang Mai, aimed to prepare educators to effectively implement the policy of “Anywhere Anytime Learning” using cutting-edge digital tools and strategies.

On this occasion, Dr. Santisook Limpeeticharoenchot, CEO of STelligence, joined Ms. Thanida Sarikavanija as keynote speakers in a session titled “RPA+AI: Transforming Business Processes.” The session provided in-depth insights into: 

  • Understanding the fundamentals of RPA (Robotic Process Automation): a powerful tool that reduces repetitive tasks, enhances accuracy, and accelerates business processes. 
  • Learning how to design and implement RPA effectively: with a clear view of its strengths, limitations, and organizational fit. 
  • Laying the groundwork for AI (Artificial Intelligence): and how it complements RPA by handling unstructured data and supporting complex decision-making. 
  • Exploring how RPA + AI work together: to elevate business operations. A practical example was shared on using Generative AI with RPA to process PDFs without predefined templates. 

The highlight of the event was a hands-on workshop with 20 groups, collaboratively conducting Process Discovery to identify opportunities where RPA + AI can create impactful improvements for the Office of the Basic Education Commission.
