STelligence All-Hands Meeting Q4/2025: Moving Forward Together

On September 16th, STelligence held our Q4 2025 All-Hands Meeting — bringing together teams from across the organization to review progress, reflect on achievements, and prepare for the final stretch of the year.

The event was filled with moments that strengthened team connections, celebrated our successes from the past quarter, and warmly welcomed new members into the STelligence family.

A key highlight was the CXO Talk, where our leadership team shared the company’s direction and goals, reinforcing our mission to create value for clients through technology and innovation, while supporting continuous learning and growth for all employees.

Another special highlight was the Special Talk by Mr.Pramote Dechaboonssiripanich, Managing Director of PAÑPURI and author of The Owner Mindset. He shared valuable insights from his 15 years at Procter & Gamble (P&G), lessons from building PAÑPURI into a global brand, and perspectives on leadership and personal growth through the Owner Mindset—approaching work not only as responsibility but as an opportunity to learn, grow, and create lasting value.
