STelligence Honored to Serve as Guest Speaker for the Department of Climate Change and Environment
On May 15 and 27, 2026, STelligence Co., Ltd., a leader in AI-Driven Innovation, was honored to serve as a guest speaker for government personnel under the Climate Change Mitigation Division, Department of Climate Change and Environment.
The training sessions were conducted under the programs:
“Applying AI and Digital Tools to Enhance Workplace Efficiency with AI Security and Ethics Guidelines” and “Enhancing Capabilities in AI Development and Application for IT Personnel” The sessions were held at Kannikar Ratchawadee Meeting Room, Department of Climate Change and Environment.
On May 15, Mr. Sivach Kaewcharoen, Director of Climate Change Mitigation Division, assigned Ms. Supannee Suwannachart, Director of Central Database on Climate change and Environment Subdivision, to preside over the opening ceremony.
The program began with a keynote session by Santisook Limpeeticharoenchot Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer of STelligence, shared insights into AI vision and practical approaches to AI implementation within government organizations. Real-world use cases utilizing the STEL.AI platform were presented to demonstrate how AI can enhance legal operations and information management processes.
Additional sessions covered AI tools and technologies, selecting appropriate AI solutions, and the environmental impact of AI utilization, presented by Mr. Rachadee Chuenphakdee, AI Architecture and Management Specialist.
The event also featured a special lecture titled “Research Techniques with AI Tools” focusing on RAG and Enterprise AI implementation for organizations, delivered by Asst. Prof. Kris Wonggasem [Dr.rer.nat.], Senior Researcher at the AI Performance Testing Laboratory, Advanced Innovation Research Institute, Kasetsart University.
On May 27, the program continued with a special session on “AI Governance & PDPA Compliance” by Dome Udomtipok Phaikaset Ph.D., Founder of PDPA Thailand, followed by lectures on AI Architecture & Landscape, AI Readiness, and On-Premise vs Cloud AI by Mr. Rachadee Chuenphakdee.
The afternoon sessions included “RAG & Best Practices in AI Implementation” by Mr. Thampaphon Chaosuan, Platform Engineering Team Lead at STelligence, alongside an AI Solution Design Workshop. The program concluded with a special lecture titled “The AI Transformation” by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pornthep Anussornnitisarn[,Ph.D.], Founder and Senior Researcher at the AI Performance Testing Laboratory, Advanced Innovation Research Institute, Kasetsart University.
