STelligence launches 5 new innovative AI solutions to Empower Thai enterprises in Generative AI era.

3. Conversation Assessment System – An AI system that reviews and analyzes voice conversation files. It supports Multi-Keyword Searches and features a dashboard to display Compliance and Agent Performance, making it ideal for Contact Center use. 

4. Graph-driven Knowledge Management – A knowledge management system that uses AI and Knowledge Graph technology to handle complex queries and provide accurate, verifiable answers. It enhances the efficiency of information storage and retrieval within organizations. 

5. Supply Chain Intelligence – This AI solution offers deep insights into supply chain data by connecting to Gemini Enterprises. It minimizes inaccuracies (Hallucination) and enhances the reliability of supply chain data analysis and management.
