STelligence participated in the Thailand Public Sector Summit: AI-Powered Workplace 2030, organized by Microsoft (Thailand)

On 27 February 2026, STelligence participated in the Thailand Public Sector Summit: AI-Powered Workplace 2030, organized by Microsoft (Thailand) at Novotel Bangkok Siam Square. STelligence was honored to join both the Panel Session and Booth Exhibition, presenting practical approaches to applying AI to enhance public sector operations. 

During the event, Dr. Santisook Limpeeticharoenchot, Chief Executive Officer of STelligence, joined the panel discussion titled “Leading into the Era of AI” alongside leaders from both the public and private sectors, including: 
• Mr. Somsak Klumklai from Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand 
• Dr. Narun Popattanacha from Office of the Council of State of Thailand 
• Mr. Pochara Arayakarnkul from Bluebik Group

The session was moderated by Ome Sivadith, National Technology Officer at Microsoft (Thailand). 

The discussion explored how Thailand can move from Digital Government to Frontier Government, emphasizing that AI should not remain only a tool, but must be integrated into workflows and core processes to deliver real, measurable outcomes. Dr. Santisook also introduced the AI Adoption Framework – 3E: Enable, Enhance, Expand, highlighting that: “AI is a tool that augments human capability, not replaces it.” 

At the exhibition booth, STelligence also showcased the STEL.AI Compliance Mapping Platform (CMP), an AI solution designed to connect legal requirements with organizational documents, contracts, and operational processes to strengthen risk management and compliance accuracy. Demonstrated use cases included:

• AI Document Review for Cabinet Submission – verifying document completeness before submission to the Cabinet 

• Legal Rule Mapping – transforming legal provisions into machine-interpretable logic for AI validation 
• Explainable Compliance Validation – analyzing key issues with transparent and auditable outcomes 

Participation in this event reflects STelligence’s role in supporting AI adoption within the public sector, helping drive Thailand’s transition toward a practical and trusted AI-Driven Government.
