ในงานเสวนาเทคโนโลยีของ STELLIGENCE ครั้งที่ 3, คุณกรกฎ เชาวะวณิช หรือ คุณป๋อง Vice President, AI Specialist จากธนาคารเกียรตินาคินภัทร ได้นำเสนอความก้าวหน้าที่สำคัญในเทคโนโลยี AI โดยเน้นที่พลังของปลั๊กอินเพื่อปรับปรุงฟังก์ชันการทำงานของซอฟต์แวร์และประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้ของซอฟต์แวร์ คุณป๋องได้แนะนำแนวคิดที่น่าสนใจเกี่ยวกับ New Media ซึ่งเป็นเนื้อหาประเภทที่กำลังเติบโตที่คาดว่าจะครองอำนาจในยุค Generative AI โดยที่จะเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการใช้และการสร้างข้อมูลใหม่ คุณป๋องยังครอบคลุมถึงรายงาน “อนาคตของการทำงาน” โดยเน้นการวิเคราะห์เชิงลึก ที่มีความสำคัญเกี่ยวกับแนวโน้มที่กำลังเกิดขึ้นและผลกระทบด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงของ AI ต่อตลาดแรงงาน และยังได้กล่าวถึงบทบาทของ AI ในการเชื่อมโยงช่องว่างทักษะในกำลังแรงงาน โดยเสนอว่า AI ไม่เพียงแต่ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ช่วยในงานต่าง ๆ แต่ยังสามารถทำหน้าที่เป็นหน่วยงานจัดการ เพื่อทำให้กระบวนการทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ยังได้นำเสนอแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการคิดวิเคราะห์หรือคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณที่ได้รับการช่วยเหลือจาก AI โดยเน้นย้ำถึงศักยภาพของ AI ในการเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการตัดสินใจและการแก้ไขปัญหาของมนุษย์ ซึ่งถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญไปสู่การทำงานร่วมกันระหว่าง AI และมนุษย์ในสถานที่ทำงานที่มีการบูรณาการมากขึ้น

They introduced a compelling concept of New Media, a burgeoning type of content expected to dominate in the Generative AI era, reshaping how information is consumed and created. The presentation also covered the “Future of Work” report, spotlighting its insightful analysis on emerging trends and the transformative impact of AI on the labor market.
A pivotal discussion questioned AI’s role in bridging the skill gap among the workforce, proposing that AI could not only serve as a copilot for tasks but also act as a managerial entity to streamline work processes. Furthermore, the concept of AI-assisted critical thinking was introduced, highlighting AI’s potential to augment human decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, marking a significant stride towards a more integrated AI-human collaboration in the workplace.
